You may return purchased items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please include a tracking number with your return. Once we receive the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded.

- Prepare the item for shipment and send it back using a tracked or insured shipping method.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, doesn't fit, etc.):

Customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable return labels.

Shipping to our return center in China starts at £25, depending on the weight of the package.

We recommend using a tracked or insured service. Ascot & Finch is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Ascot & Finch will cover all return shipping costs.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide the following:

5. Wrong Item Received
If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and include:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend:
- Returning the original item.
