- Order up to 10 PM (CEST) to process your order the next day.

Order Cut-Off Time

- Orders placed before 10 PM (CEST) will be processed on the next business day.

- Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Costs

Missed or Lost Deliveries

- Ascot & Finch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist in resolving any issues.

- We source and ship our products directly from Asia. This allows us to keep prices competitive while maintaining high standards of quality.

- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (BFPO/APO/FPO).
